2. What this website is for
These Terms govern the use of this website. The website provides information about AREC salt climate technology, our salt climate devices (SaltClimate Family and SaltClimate PRO) and our salt climate courses, and lets you request a quote or contact us. Products cannot be ordered or paid for online on this website.
3. Quotes and contracts
Requesting a quote is not an order and creates no obligation for you. In our quote we tell you the price, availability, delivery and warranty conditions. A contract is only formed when both parties accept the quote in writing (for example by email). Where the quote or contract contains specific terms, those prevail over these Terms.
4. Prices
Prices are not published on the website; you receive them in our individual quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT.
5. Health information
AREC salt climate devices and courses are complementary wellness products and services. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are buying for a child, consult your doctor first, and never stop prescribed medication without medical advice. Situations in which the devices must not be used are listed on the product pages.
6. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Hungarian and European Union law, including your right of withdrawal and your warranty and guarantee rights. See our Refund and Withdrawal Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, images, logos, videos) belongs to AREC Kft. or its licensors. It may not be copied, published or used commercially without our prior written consent.
8. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please send any complaint to the contact details above; we will reply in writing within 30 days. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the dispute together, you may turn to the conciliation body (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence or for our registered office (the Hajdú-Bihar County Conciliation Body, Debrecen), or to the courts. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
