Refund policy

Our devices are sold on the basis of an individual quote, not through online checkout. Delivery and payment terms are set out in your quote or contract. This policy summarises your rights and how we handle returns, repairs and guarantees.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance (for example by email or phone), you may withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving the device, without giving any reason.
- To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email or post before the deadline.
- Return the device to us within 14 days of sending your statement. Unless agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning it.
- We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the device back.
- You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the device beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Salt climate courses
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for courses booked for a specific date are communicated when you book.
Warranty and repairs
You are entitled to statutory warranty and guarantee rights under Hungarian law; the exact terms are included in your quote and warranty documents. AREC carries out warranty and other repairs itself in Hajdúszoboszló: you can bring the device in person or send it by post.
Money-back guarantee for children
For children's use, AREC offers a voluntary money-back guarantee. Its conditions are set out in your quote. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
